• Carry out installation and maintenance work for IPT system, Adjunct, Call Centre solution, Structured Cabling system, PC Lan and Server solution, IP phones and other technologies
• Install / configure IPT systems and implement customized solutions to fulfill customer’s requirement
• Interact with customers, collect requirements and translate customer’s business requirement to system configuration, prepare document and proposal
• Provide training to customers
• Work in irregular hours including overnight when required
• May require to travel overseas or the PRC to meet business needs
• Higher Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent with 3 years working experience in IT or telecommunication field
• Experience in PABX/IPT & adjunct systems or UPS/Power systems, such as Voice Mail, IVRS & Call Accounting System etc. with Vendor certification as an added advantage
• Good knowledge and experience on Lan/Wan, Router/Switch, Wireless Lan, Linux and Window OS etc. with Vendor certification (MCSE/CCNA/CCNP etc.) as an added advantage
• Good communication & presentation skill
• Customer-oriented, responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese
