Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong
• Perform the system and jobs monitoring
• Provide technical support services to internal users & external customers
• Responsible for the system health check
• Handle the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
• Prepare routine reports and documents of the supported IT Services
• IT support or relevant experience (Less experience and Fresh Graduate will be considered)
• Diploma / degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline
• Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
• Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Willing to work on public holidays & shift roster (0800-2200) , no overnight required
• Immediate available would be an advantage
