System Analyst (POS)
Responsibilities
• Assist in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement study, system analysis and design, system development and testing, implementation to maintenance and support
• Provide technical support to application system including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries
• Perform software development to application system including new initiatives, change request and performance tuning
• Provide technical development and support on integrating other enterprise systems
• Develop training materials and assist in the user training
System Analyst (ERP)
Responsibilities
• Working closely with Team Leader and Application Manager and the Business Units to develop, support and roll out application systems
• Play a key role in the System Development Life Cycle from requirement study, systems analysis and design, system development and testing, implementation to maintenance and support
• Monitor and maintain application system including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries
• Ensure proper process on testing planning, execution and documentation of all test results
• Manage training materials and oversees the user training
System Analyst (POS)
Requirements
• University (or college) graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline
• Strong POS related experience in IT particularly in retail industry. Strong technical candidates without retail experience will also be considered
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in Oracle Developer, Microsoft.NET, Java or Web based development platform
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
• Good communication in English and Cantonese both written and spoken with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
System Analyst (ERP)
Requirements
• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline
• Strong experience in system development, production system support and issue management with proven leadership experience particularly in retail industry
• Experience in using RDBMS, Oracle Developer, Microsoft.NET, Java or Web based development platform preferably with Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports and Apex
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
• Good communication in English with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
