• Perform daily operations and handle incidents promptly
• Perform regular monitoring and health-checking of IT infrastructure and systems
• Provide helpdesk support to users on desktop computing and office equipment
• Perform hardware and software inventory control
• Perform other daily administrative tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in desktop support service
• Good in English is a must
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows PC environment
• Holder of Microsoft certificate is preferred
• Holder of Cisco CCNA certificate is preferred
• General office helpdesk experience is an advantage
• Willing to work on flexible hours
