Job Description
- Provide professional technical / mechanical advice
- Follow up with the customers closely regarding the service progress
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the service is delivered on time accordingly
- Prepare service documents, quotations & job orders
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years solid experience in Customer Service, preferably gained in motor industry
- Self-driven, energetic, proactive, quick learner & a good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Trainee
- Immediate available is a plus
