• Define AI solution(s) required to address Compliance requirements in the Financial Services Industry (FSI)’
• Perform technical presentations for clients, partners, and prospects and differentiate from other AI firms;
• Align with client’s technical staff to secure deals;
• Work closely with AI research and product development teams to design products and solutions to satisfy client business requirements;
• Prepare coaching materials and business cases to train the company’s sales team;
• Assess change requests from client and promptly come up with solutions that optimize the values for the company and the client;
• Keep up-to-date on relevant compliance regulations and competitive solutions.
• Help the clients in the Financial Industry to use our AI technologies to improve their operational efficiency and gain insights into human interaction.
• At least 5-year experience working in Financial Services Compliance with 2+ year in presales capacity
• Have strong expertise in Financial Services Compliance matters and experience in demonstrating software solutions to Financial clients
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations in FSI
• Strong demo, presentation & written skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure;
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
