Responsibilities

• In-house system development, implementation and testing
• Plan, monitor and manage all phases of the System Development Life Cycle
• Design and perform system analysis to convert business requirements into technical specifications for the detailed system development
• Acts as the project leader and mentor to provide guidance and advise in the project team
• Study project feasibility according to user requirements and recommend solution options
• Monitor the project plan and system specifications to ensure the deliverable will meet the business needs and user requirements
• Communicate effectively with the project team members, system users and outside parties about the project progresses and schedule
• To perform user training and compile technical manuals documentation for application systems
