Our client a US based logistics company, a market leader who provide global supply chain solutions, she is now urgently seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their growing team in Hong Kong
Job Description
- Lead a 24-hour hotline team to achieve high performance standard
- Deliver a consistent and best-in-class customer services to customers through effective management of day-to-day operations of contact centre
- Provide support to revenue generation programs or system enhancements initiatives
- Ensure smooth operation of the team and initiate improvement to enhance customer services to both internal and external customers
Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 5 years related experience in service industry, preferably in call centre environment
- Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years solid supervisory experience in customer service
- Experience in cross selling and telemarketing program is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and problem solving skills
