Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries & provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotation, invoice & related documents
- Monitor project status & update control record
- Provide suggestions to uplift service level
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Min. 1 year of client servicing experience preferably in Logistics industry
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-minded
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
