Senior Production Manager - Event Services
Client Description

A leading creative event agency with business across APAC region

Job Description
  • Liaise with internal & external parties regarding budget, timeframes & project requirements
  • Identify, negotiate & manage vendors & suppliers
  • Determine quality control standard & oversee production process
  • Develop & organize in house production kits
  • Prepare event documentations such as bibles, applications, schedules & risk assessments, etc.
  • Onsite event management from move-in to move-out
Job Requirements
  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in managing sizeable events
  • Strong knowledge of AV & lighting systems
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills & able to meet tight deadline
  • Detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude
  • Excellent command in English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, AI & Photoshop, AutoCAD is a plus
