A leading creative event agency with business across APAC region
Job Description
- Liaise with internal & external parties regarding budget, timeframes & project requirements
- Identify, negotiate & manage vendors & suppliers
- Determine quality control standard & oversee production process
- Develop & organize in house production kits
- Prepare event documentations such as bibles, applications, schedules & risk assessments, etc.
- Onsite event management from move-in to move-out
Job Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in managing sizeable events
- Strong knowledge of AV & lighting systems
- Excellent organizational & time management skills & able to meet tight deadline
- Detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude
- Excellent command in English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, AI & Photoshop, AutoCAD is a plus
