US-based IT service vendor / Client: Bank
• Perform application knowledge transfer from current application teams on agreed application systems and maintain such knowledge base using SharePoint
• Identify the improvement needed, and work with relevant support parties to make recommendation of automation and/or process revamp to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support work
• Perform root cause analysis to serve production issues and coordinate the application teams and relevant support parties to fix the issue
• System documentation on the current application environment including application design, architecture, system flow, database/interface specification
• 2-3 years' experience in CA Batch Processing Job scheduler, UAT operation support, Tape management
• No shift duty is required except some ad-hoc or project implementation support
