Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong
• Lead Software Development team of enterprise solution, designing and delivering mission critical projects and developing emerging technologies like AI and video analytic, and managing the day to day activities
• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in managing software development team
• Experience in contact center system technologies, voice and SIP technologies, and knowledge in emerging technologies will be an advantage
• Experience in hands-on programming, system design and system implementation
• Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment, understanding best practices, trends in software development and proven records in delivering mega projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
