• Plan, develop and review business process strategies, including but not limited to frontend & online system development and implementation to improve the overall productivity, operation efficiency & control, customer journey etc.
• Work with different functional teams / internal parties on process flow and system design in meeting designated technical, market and other related requirements (e.g. operating procedures, user manuals etc.)
• Manage and monitor the execution progress of project plan, and coordinate with internal and external parties to provide support during implementation of the initiatives
• Provide qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the initiatives, consolidate and prepare management reports with recommendations to facilitate the Management’s review and decision making
• Lead and manage a team with proper leadership and coaching skills to drive for greater team effectiveness and higher staff capabilities
• University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operation Management or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications industry with IT knowledge and background, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Solid experience in project management and procedures control would be an advantage
• Customer and result-oriented, energetic and well-organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities with good time management
• Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
