• Facilitate Shop opening project in HK & China regarding IT equipment
• Monitor, supervise and follow-up IT supplier service level
• Office Helpdesk & Shop Helpdesk, provide 1st line technical support to users in different regions on system, software, hardware and networking issues
• Asset management, Inventory control of computer hardware and software
• Facilitate IT infrastructure administration and configuration with help from HQ
• Perform server administration, configuration, monitoring as well as system backup and checking
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Studies or equivalent with Retails experience
• At least 2 years relevant experience with Retail related experience is an advantage
• Proactive, excellent communication, interpersonal and user handling skills
• Proficient in LAN/WAN, Window Server Administration, Active Directory, Networking and Security Issues, Backup/Restore infrastructure, VMware, Retail Pro
• Experience in managing IT Help Desk with HK, Mainland China offices
• Experience in managing IT Supplier is preferred
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
