Job Description
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process from recruitment & selection to on-boarding process
- Provide professional advice and work closely with hiring managers in hiring needs and selection criteria for frontline staff
- Review and develop recruitment policies and procedures, and ensure that the team maintains a professional standard with its hiring services
- Drive active candidates through multiple sourcing channels and methods to build a talent pool for the company
- Formulate & implement training and development strategy to support the company’s business plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant HR experience in recruiting and training role, preferably in a sizable organization
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese, and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-minded
