Job Description
- Implement training & development plans & strategies that aligns with business objectives
- Liaise with line managers to identify training needs and develop related programs
- Facilitate brand, products & sales training to frontline staffs and delivering retail management training to store managers
- Oversee the allocation of stores training resources and the store training feedback process
- Evaluate the training effectiveness, and conduct action plan for enhancement / improvement
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Studies or related disciplines
- Min. 8 years of solid training / coaching experience in Sales and CS, team management and store operations
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel & Photoshop
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Training Officer
- Immediate available will be an advantage
