Job Description
• Provide support in PC hardware/ software, servers, networks, security equipment
• Perform installation, repairing and preventive maintenance to customer
• Responsible for troubleshooting on application, operation systems, network and server issue
• Provide technical support to technical team
Job Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 years working experience of user desktop, computer operation support, network and server
• Proven solid knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server and Print Server
• Good command of Chinese and English, Putonghua a plus
• Willing to work at customer sites
