Systems Engineer
Responsibilities
• Design and engineering of different system platforms,
• Provisioning, operations and management of different system platforms
• Participation in design and engineering of production data platform
• Pre- and post-sales support to other departments
Technology Specialist
Responsibilities
• Take part in the entire IT service management lifecycle on building new services and continuously improve existing IT services
• Liaise effective and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical support and training related to IT services
• Responsible for conducting technology and vendor evaluations on function and features from a business technical prospective
• Work with Engineering and Product Development from service design, service transition to service operation and ongoing service improvement
• Responsible for writing service related technical documents
• Responsible for product integration with internal systems including but not limited to CRM, price management system, billing system and customer portals
• Provide assistance to presales team and sales team for complex solution design
Systems Engineer
Requirements
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 3 years' experience on system infrastructure design and implementation
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in VMware, VCD, Veeam or other VM technologies
• Sound networking knowledge an advantage
• Holder of professional certifications (VCP, LPI, CCNA, JNCIA) is preferred
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Standby duty is required
Technology Specialist
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years work experience in system/network/security administration and troubleshooting
• Experience in designing medium to large scale infrastructure and/or virtualization projects
• Cloud Specific (delete section whereas appropriate):
• Hands-on experience in virtualization technology such as vSphere and/or Hyper-V, and public cloud services such as AWS, Azure etc.
• Hands-on experience in Datacenter Virtualization and with any of the following: Virtual Desktop, Network Virtualization, Enterprise Storage, Enterprise Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Good knowledge in administrating Linux and Windows server technologies
• Holder of any cloud related certification such as VCP or MCSE is a plus
