Regional telecom carrier
• Study, source and evaluate new technologies and solutions to transform into new products, including Internet, data center co-location, and managed CPE services for Hong Kong and overseas markets
• Manage existing products to provide product support and implement continuous improvement plans on product features and offerings
• Coordinate with vendors on technical features improvement and back-end support
• Develop liaisons with other departments to provide configuration guides, service demonstration, trouble-shooting and internal product training
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 year experience in ISP / Telecommunications industry
• Hands-on experience on various IP networking and Internet-based systems; With IP routing, email, VoIP, firewall, Linux-based and web-based software programming knowledge and experience is highly preferred
• Holder of professional qualifications (i.e. CCNA) is a plus
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Good equipment and system process evaluation techniques
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Consultant
