• Design, implement and maintain an integrated complex information and technology system for internal usage
• Align with the organization’s strategic plan and provide reference recommendation to execute leadership
• Develop, plan, and execute the intranet system by phrase and ensure the timely delivery of the function of the system
• Work closely with cross-organizational stakeholders, including executive leadership, on strategic priorities, including direct involvement in setting strategic priorities and translating into actionable project plans
• Verify that the necessary and cost-effective software, networks, databases, communication systems and end-user technology are acquired and fully utilized at offices
• Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of our corporate information and communications systems
• Extend information and technology training and support to all offices
• Breadth of experience in the disciplines of System Analysis, Systems Integration, Enterprise Architecture ideally in Cloud base technology implementations
• Solid background in the analysis, development, and implementation of systems solutions with a focus on integration and cross-architectural components and services - 5-7 years preferable
• Demonstrable experience of thinking strategically to envision solutions
• Direct experience of delivering systems solutions end to end in a complex corporate environment desirable
• Involvement in solution/vendor selection process (RFP and onwards) an advantage
• Proven decisive leadership skills in sizeable Technology and Information team
• Ability to develop and manage annual budgets to targets
• Ability to lead and manage the team to achieve annual objectives and review quarterly performance
