Client Description
Our Client is an online retail/ trading company specialized in electronic and camera products. With their expansion in their global customer service team, they are looking for a foreign speaking (German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, French) Customer Service Officer to join the fast growing team.
In return, they offer international exposure, fun and energetic work culture. Candidate with relevant skillset and fluent foreign language speaking are welcome to join the team.
Job Description
- Provide customer service to customers buying online
- Answer incoming enquiries through phone calls, email, and live chat
- Manage order processing cycle with other departments
- Assist customers and ensure they have a smooth buying journey
- Any after sales service and troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
- Proficient language on French/ Polish /German /Dutch /Italian / Spanish is a must
- Excellent communication skills with relevant experience on customer service is a plus
- Past experience or knowledge in electronic products is a plus
- Immediately available preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Working hour: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Mon- Fri)
