We have a number of luxury retail clients, ranging from high end fashion RTW, watches & jewelry to leather goods & accessories are looking for Customer Services talents to support their business in Hong Kong
Job Description
- Assist customers with any issues with regards to their enquiries
- Deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
- Provide consultation to customers to meet their needs
- Coordinate with internal & external parties to meet customers’ satisfaction
- Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any disciplines
- Min. 1 year of Customer Serviceexperience; preferably gained from Retail industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese & English
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
