Leading beverages manufacturer and distributor
• Oversee the efficient running of enterprise software applications (from legacy to web/mobile) ensuring that the systems meet the optimum potential. To act as the system expert and provide relevant advice and guidance.
• Take leadership in owning issue resolution and driving them to complete by following ITIL standard.
• Manage Quality Assurance and System Implementation of projects.
• Handle change requests and ensure deliverables meet user requirements.
• Provide application support services for enterprise systems within agreed service level.
• Pro-actively monitor and follow up routine/ad hoc system and database issues.
• Enforce and follow the SDLC standard and procedures.
• Liaise with Tier-2 on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems and propose appropriate solution to fulfill user requirements.
• Coordinate and work with user departments to collect, identify and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in execution of all kind of testing and provide accurate testing results.
• Perform implementation, user training, deployment and production release processes.
• Support knowledge sharing within IT teams.
• Able to work with outsourced vendors in HK and other team members in China.
• Education: University/Polytechnic graduates in Information Technology or related discipline and equivalent.
• Working Experience: At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge in MSSQL, SYBASE, C#, ASP.NET, MS Windows and MS Office.
• Familiar with ITIL standard and Project Management methodologies.
• Experience in Supply Chain, ERP/SAP, CRM or Sales Force solution will be an advantage.
• Experience in supporting large scale enterprise applications and system implementation.
• Familiar with incident support & application development life cycle.
• A team player with good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant and positive personality & self- motivated.
• Ability to work under a dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
