IT Infrastructure Specialist
Responsibilities
• Provide Windows / VM administration and Tier-2 technical support
• Responsible for system administration, system configuration, monitoring and backup
• Apply system patches and perform regular maintenance and upgrades
Systems Engineer
Responsibilities
• Provide support on Windows / UNIX server administration
• Provide Tier-2 technical support in a large scale UNIX and Windows systems

Responsibilities
• Providing Internal Support to group VDI Platform

Network Specialist / Network Engineer
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage implementation of network and different technologies projects by working closely with internal teams and external customers
• Organize project schedule and resources with customers, engineers, vendors and third parties
• Evaluate latest technologies and products
• Perform Business and Market analysis and prepare presentation and proposal
• Monitor project status, quality, material procurement and progress
• Design and implementation of network infrastructure
• Prepare and present project schedule to Senior Management
• Provide user manuals and technical documents for the systems
• Carry out system integration tests and user acceptance tests to ensure the stability in production stage
• Perform system checking and implementation of programs for performance tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Night emergency call support may be required
Linux Platform Specialist
Responsibilities
• Provide consultancy services covering project implementation, post-production support and day-to-day operations on Linux Platform for mission-critical systems. Night emergency call support may be required
IT Console Management Support
Responsibilities
• Console management, remote monitoring and support of the IT infrastructure – LAN/WAN, Servers/Network & Storage.
• Manage and execute the job scheduling process according to the pre-defined work schedule.
• Responsible for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, escalation and cases follow up.
• Adhere to command center security policy
IT Infrastructure Specialist
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Windows 2003 and 2012 server administration
• Solid working experience in Windows AD and cluster administration
• Knowledge of AIX, Linux, IBM Tivoli, IBM MQ, IBM TSM, Symantec Netbackup/Backup Exec is preferred
• Knowledge of Networking and Firewall, Storage, SAN Switch, Load balance.
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Support Engineer (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
Requirements
• High diploma or above in Information Technology and related disciplines
• 1 to 3 years hands on experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure support using Citrix XenApp , Xendesktop technologies
• Solid work experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware VSphere suite and Citrix Xenserver
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
Systems Engineer
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Around 2 years or above working experience in system support and administration is preferred
• Knowledge in Windows / AIX platform is required
• Knowledge in Websphere Application Server, Websphere MQ software, Tivoli software, Symantec NetBackup, MSSQL/Oracle database and EMC SAN is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and a good team player
Network Specialist / Network Engineer
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Business or Technologies Management/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Around 4-7 years of experience in technologies projects, with knowledge in Internet infrastructure, applications, network and systems administration and support, as well as IT security and system management or;
• Around 4-7 years of experience in client facing, technologies research, system administration and support or;
• Around 4-7 years of experience in TCP/IP network design or implementation of network system of the network equipment or;
• Knowledge in Business and Market Analysis, presentation and proposal is highly preferred
• Knowledge in Routers / Switches / load balancers / Firewall / Traffic Controller is preferred
• Knowledge in Linux, OSI 7 Layers, TCP/UDP/IP, proxy technologies, anti-virus, spam and spyware/Malware/security is a value added
• Holder of PMP/CCIE/JNCIS/JNCIP or equivalent qualification is definite a value added
• Interested in latest products evaluation, new technologies research and study is preferred.
• Good team player with self-initiative, highly motivated and result-oriented
• Good problem solving, good project planning and management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Cantonese
• Fresh Graduate will be considered as Graduate Trainee
Linux Platform Specialist
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years solid experience in project implementation, product upgrade and on-going support on Linux Server Platform
• Strong knowledge on trouble-shooting, performance tuning, and shell script
• Hands-on experience on Redhat, MySQL, Tomcat, Apache, Sendmail and SSH is a must
• Holder of Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or LPI is preferred
• Knowledge of Symantec Backup is a plus
IT Console Management Support
Requirements
• Holder of Higher Diploma or above, candidate who studied IT-related subjects studied is highly preferred
• At least 2-3 years experience in Command Center is a must
• Knowledge Windows / Unix / Network basic operation is highly advantage
• Good communication skill in both Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong initiative to learn with customer service oriented and ownership mind
• Must be able to communicate effectively with technical team members
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others
• Ability to deliver the work in multi-tasking mode and work under pressure.
