Major media company in Hong Kong with strong digital focus
Candidate with less experience on Automation testing will be considered as QA Analyst.
Responsibilities
• Report to VP / Director
• Design, develop and execute test cases, test scenarios and prepare formal documentation
• Provide mentorship to junior members
• Formulate the testing strategic to meet with clients’ requirements
• Participate in software testing routines in standard development cycle
• Identify the potential risks and bugs and provide resolution
• Work closely with dev teams and product teams to review issues or bug reports
• Regularly liaise with regional offices on company product development
• Provide process update and progress report for tracking purpose
• Maintain close communication to developers and provide feedback on system enhancement
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering or related disciplines
• 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory position
• Good understanding of the QA testing processes and tools such as Selenium
• Familiar with web, mobile and other digital solution
• Previous project experience in Mobile App, Client/Server or Real-time transaction systems
• Sound knowledge on UAT and system integration
• Solid knowledge on common database system (i.e. SQL)
• Familiar with standard software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Detail-minded and able to work in a team environment
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
