Job Description
- Work with sales and product team on product requirement
- Ability to identify and recruit those vendors that are the major distributor/reseller of the known target products or categories
- Develop, source, monitor and follow up on product development that able to meet the KPI
- Manage the price negotiation, product roadmap and vendor relationship with all new vendors at the initial stage
- Continue to collect market intelligence and competitor activities for procurement management
- Focus on vendors that located in target regions (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan & Southeast Asia etc)
- Occasional travel to specific regions to engage or meeting with both new and existing vendors
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in merchandising areas
- Experienced in vendor selection, qualification and contract negotiations
- Displays leadership skills and independence in carrying out sourcing projects
- Well-organized, multi-tasks and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediately available preferred
