Job Description
  • Responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of the E-Commerce business
  • Formulate media plans and optimize online channels to drive ROI of e-store including banner ad network, SEM, SEO, apps and social media platforms
  • Review online media performance on regular basis, share insight and recommendations to the team to optimize returns
  • Craft CRM strategy and optimize loyalty programs. Utilize digital and social media platforms to maximize interactions with customers on excellence shopping experience and services
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing  or related disciplines
  • Min. 8 years of experience in digital and e-commerce role in retail or consumer goods industry or at a sizable digital agency
  • Good understanding and experience in content management and social media marketing preferred
  • Proficient in both English & Chinese
