Job Description
- Draft and review commercial agreements and related materials
- Review business documents to ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations
- Review and update legal and compliance policies and procedures
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with various internal business functions and relevant professional advisers
- Provide legal support to other departments
- Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder in LLB from HK or overseas
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- At least 5 years of experience in Legal field preferably gained from FMCG / Food Production industry
- Relevant experience in drafting and preparation of contracts is preferred
- Good team player, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and independently
