Regional telecom carrier
• Develop new VPN & VAS products and manage existing VPN & VAS products, as standalone products and/or VAS supporting VPN or ISP services
• Monitor market trends and evaluate new solutions and technologies from telco and vendors, transform into marketable and profitable products
• Arrange product testing with vendor and internal parties
• Coordinate with partners and internal departments to define service workflow and support logistics
• Prepare and update product price and cost calculation, product items and descriptions, service specification and product support documents
• Arrange product training and provide product support to internal departments
• University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 8 year experience in the IP network and/or managed value-added service business and familiar with all product lines including traffic report, WAN optimization, network performance monitoring, VoIP, video conference and related VAS
• Possess integrated technical knowledge on network, system, security and network management tools
• Strong business sense in developing new products
• Manage and negotiation with different suppliers and partners
• Mature, good interpersonal skills and commercial mindedness
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
