Client Description
Our client, a well know Chinese based company with business in food processing, logistics and resources recycling, is urgently seeking a Sales/Operation Manager to join their expanding team in Hong Kong
Job Description
- To grow and lead with sales and operations department and identify business and operation improvement areas
- To prepare process improvement proposal with details of process, feasibility study, cost, timeline, etc
- Streamline processing task and identify opportunities to save cost and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Continuous-Process-Improvement
- To drive new sales administration concept and understanding on new customer service methodology
- To review the ongoing improvement projects and review the result and feedback with other team
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related field
- Understands sales administration and customer service functions
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation management and business development
- Analytical with strong problem solving skills
- Strong in negotiation and presentation
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
