Regional IT services and solutions provider
• Perform the system and jobs monitoring
• Responsible for the system health check
• Handle the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
• Handle backup tape
• Daily report printing
• Prepare monthly reports
• Diploma / degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline
• At least 1 year operation experience on Government IT systems
• At least 1 year operation experience in supporting Unix based systems (IBM AIX, Oracle Solaris, etc.) and Windows platform in a high-availability and cluster environment
• Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
• Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Willing to work on public holidays & 7x24 roster
• Work location: Tsuen Wan, remote sites occasionally; shift is required
