Client Description
Our client is an established company in satellite services. To cope with their strong performance and rapid growth, they are now urgently seeking an experienced Legal Manager to join their expanding team
Job Description
- Providing general counsel and support to the company
- Prepares contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations
- Keeping abreast of the latest development in rules and regulations affecting the business and making recommendations on changes to process, policies and guidelines.
- Support any ad-hoc projects / assignments including M&A activities when necessary
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in law with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience preferably with a listed company / regional corporation or similar role in –house
- Proficiency in HK listing rules.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Articulate, effective communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, exceptional organizational skills, attention to details, mature attitude and ability of multi-tasking skills are required
