• Carry out installation and maintenance work for PABX/IPT or different kinds of products at customers’ sites.
• Provide technical advice, fault investigation, user training and handle customer enquires. Need to perform Emergency Call Out (ECO) duty.
• Higher Diploma in Electronic, Communication, Computer Engineering or related disciplines with 2-3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience in LAN / WAN, Router / Switch, Linux and Window OS, IPT systems (i.e. Avaya / Nortel / Alcatel / NEC / Cisco systems etc.)
• Holder of vendor’s certification on CCNA, MCP, Avaya / Nortel / Alcatel / NEC / Cisco systems etc. will be an advantage
• Self motivated, good customer services skills and able to work under pressure
• Holder of Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
