• Support draftsperson teams in Shenzhen to develop full sets of shop drawings and detailed drawings.
• Liaise and coordinate closely with architects, designers, sub-contractors, and project teams.
• Convert client design concepts and drawings into precise shop drawings and detailed drawings for production.
• Manage and deliver work for major commercial projects, including specialized theme park projects such as Disney developments.
• Ensure all technical drawings meet safety, construction, and client design specifications on schedule.
• Diploma or above in Building Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the fit-out contracting or interior design industry, though candidates with 2 years of experience will also be considered.
• Solid experience in preparing shop drawings and detailed drawings is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and familiarity with Revit applications is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China occasionally for project coordination.
