• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications to meet client requirements.
• Design technical architectures, custom extensions, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, system troubleshooting, and performance tuning for D365 platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, deployment guides, and post-implementation system support.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Web APIs integration.
• Proven understanding of D365 technical architecture, data model configuration, and workflow development.
• Excellent analytical skills with fluent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
