Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Junior Technical Service Officer.
Responsibilities
• Handle project provisioning and service restoration for various network security solutions including EDR, WAF, IAG, SASE, and firewall infrastructure.
• Provide technical consultancy services to enterprise customers.
• Prepare and assist with technical demonstrations on various security solutions for clients.
• Communicate effectively with external vendors to resolve technical support issues.
• Perform ad hoc or emergency call-out services outside normal office hours when required.
• Perform emergency call-out duty with compensated time off provided for non-office hours work.
• Associate Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in data network infrastructure or security project implementation and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of data networking and security solutions, specifically Hillstone, Sangfor, Fortigate, and Palo Alto products.
• Professional certifications such as Hillstone, Palo Alto, or Fortinet will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with web services development languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage stress effectively, and serve the team patiently.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
