• Provide hands-on technical support for AV and unified communication systems across various client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while preparing detailed reports for ongoing maintenance.
• Execute AV system integration projects while maintaining professional standards and high operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, external partners, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist project managers with technical documentation, system implementation, and final project handovers.
• Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience in AV system integration or technical maintenance, with 2 or more years preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for AV technology and unified communications.
• Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD or Photoshop being a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Hands-on experience with commercial AV audio systems, control systems, and configurations is highly advantageous.
