Nature: Renewable Contract (1 year secondment)
• Lead or support the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure modernization, migration, transformation, and upgrade projects across the bank.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate technical implementation, migration, rollout, cutover, and operational handover activities with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track project progress continuously to ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Apply hands-on technical expertise to facilitate technical assessments, implementation planning, and architecture discussions.
• Manage stakeholder communications, project status reporting, regular committee meetings, and issue escalations.
• Bridge project delivery with operational readiness, ensuring legacy systems and new platforms transition smoothly.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of IT project management experience, with a focus on delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on technical background in at least one key domain: Linux/Unix, Windows, or Deskside/End User Computing (EUC).
• Proven track record of managing infrastructure modernization, legacy migration, consolidation, or transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure operations, technical dependencies, and service continuity requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, manage vendor deliverables, and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to translate complex technical issues into actionable project plans.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP, alongside knowledge of Agile methodologies, are advantageous.
