Company Description: A leading telecommunications and ICT service provider in Hong Kong, delivering end-to-end network, broadband, and digital enterprise solutions.
Location: Mainly HKIWMF (Shek Kwu Chau), with shuttle ferry service provided from Tsuen Wan West
Nature: Renewable Contract (12-month contract)
• Provide technical end-user computing support for laptop provisioning across internal employees and project contractors.
• Coordinate hardware specifications, application requirements, and user access needs to ensure proper device deployment.
• Perform software installation, system configuration, functional testing, and deployment for both domain-joined and non-domain devices.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to define and enforce security baselines for non-domain devices, including endpoint protection, disk encryption, and patch compliance.
• Implement network access controls such as VLAN segregation or network access control mechanisms where applicable.
• Manage printer, photocopier, and scanner provisioning across project sites, artificial islands, and corporate offices.
• Conduct device setup, network configuration, testing, and deployment for all office automation equipment.
• Maintain asset tracking, inventory management, and complete formal handover checklists covering user acceptance and security validation.
• Possess hands-on experience in IT support, end-user computing, laptop provisioning, and peripherals management.
• Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of operating systems, software installation, hardware configuration, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiar with endpoint security practices, disk encryption, patch management, and VLAN network segregation.
• Hold a valid Safety Card (Green Card) for site access requirements.
• Available to work onsite at HKIWMF (Shek Kwu Chau) via provided shuttle ferry transport from Tsuen Wan West.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
