• Provide presales consulting and technical support for enterprise network and cybersecurity solutions.
• Design, plan, and recommend infrastructure and security architectures based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution presentations, tender submissions, RFI responses, and RFP responses.
• Conduct solution sizing, technical assessments, and security enhancement recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers, internal delivery teams, and technology partners to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Manage and coordinate infrastructure and cybersecurity projects to meet business requirements and project timelines.
• Support solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops.
• Ensure solution designs align with industry best practices and customer security standards.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network and cybersecurity solution projects.
• CCNP Enterprise certification is required.
• Certifications in H3C or Arista technologies will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, and MACsec technologies.
• Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls, Load Balancers, PAM, EDR/XDR, WAF, and cloud security solutions.
• Certifications in Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto Networks, or other cybersecurity technologies are preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience in network and security solution design, migration, and implementation projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure and cybersecurity environments is highly preferred.
• Experience working with technology vendors and solution partners is an advantage.
