• Perform seamless data migration from old iPhones to new iPhones, including WhatsApp chat histories.
• Manage and execute concurrent data migrations for up to three sets of iPhones simultaneously.
• Provide post-migration support for users, including Face ID setup and screen protector installation.
• Deliver ad-hoc mobile service support, including mobile phone and tablet setup.
• Assist team members with general hardware troubleshooting and device management tasks.
• Demonstrate proficiency in iOS operations, including photo transfer, iCloud, and Apple ID configurations.
• Hold hands-on experience with iPhone data migration processes.
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Safety Card).
• Maintain a good working attitude and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Speak fluent Cantonese and basic Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
