• Coordinate laptop specifications, application requirements, and system access needs for internal staff and project contractors.
• Execute software installation, system configuration, testing, and deployment for both domain-joined and non-domain devices.
• Collaborate with the cyber security team to define and enforce baseline security standards, including endpoint protection, disk encryption, and patch compliance.
• Implement network access controls and VLAN segregation for non-domain devices where applicable.
• Manage end-to-end setup, configuration, testing, and deployment of printers, photocopiers, and scanners across project sites, artificial island locations, and corporate offices.
• Maintain accurate IT asset tracking and inventory management records while executing formal handover procedures, including user acceptance and security validation.
• Hold a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Possess hands-on experience in End-User Computing support, laptop provisioning, and peripheral hardware deployment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operating system deployment, endpoint detection and response tools, disk encryption, and patch management.
• Show understanding of basic network security concepts, including network access control and VLAN configurations.
• Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with project contractors and internal teams.
• Display a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage asset tracking and complete structured handover documentation.
