• Handle marketing, leasing matters, property acquisition, and property disposal for bank-owned properties.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, feasibility studies, rental assessments, and data analysis.
• Negotiate with real estate agents, tenants, and landlords regarding new tenancies, lease renewals, acquisition of external units, and leasing out proprietary properties.
• Deliver high-quality tenant services, handle tenant complaints, oversee tenancy administration, and coordinate repair and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare, review, and verify all leasing documentation, including offer letters, tenancy agreements, and periodic management reports.
• Coordinate across internal functional teams to organize property leasing, promotional activities, and general facility management operations.
• Perform routine property inspections to evaluate maintenance conditions, facilitate necessary repairs, and ensure overall operational standards.
• Possession of a valid Estate Agent's License (EAQE) is strictly required.
• Proven experience managing properties from both the landlord and tenant perspectives is required.
• Minimum of two years of solid experience in property, facility, or leasing management; candidates without a bachelor's degree but possessing strong relevant experience will also be considered.
• Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of the Building Management Ordinance, Estate Agents Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance, and Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC).
• Professional qualifications such as MCIH, MHKIH, or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
