Nature: Renewable Contract (1 year secondment)
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage physical and virtual server infrastructure, Wintel systems, and enterprise storage platforms.
• Oversee global virtualization platforms, enterprise SAN/NAS storage, backup operations, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Administer and modernize Exchange environments, Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid messaging architecture.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure Remote Access Platforms, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Enterprise Mobility Solutions (MDM/MAM).
• Lead complex IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, storage migrations, cloud adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Enforce change, incident, problem, and capacity management processes according to banking regulatory and compliance standards.
• Develop strategic infrastructure roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and optimize storage, server, and workspace capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management within a regulated environment.
• Technical proficiency in Windows/Linux Servers, VMware vSphere/Hyper-V, enterprise SAN/NAS, Active Directory, and M365/Exchange.
• Strong experience managing VDI solutions (VMware Horizon/Citrix) and MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune/VMware Workspace ONE).
• Proven track record in storage automation, backup systems, Exchange Online migrations, and infrastructure capacity planning.
• Relevant industry certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, ITIL, PMP, NetApp, or EMC are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
