• Opportunities cover multiple infrastructure domains including Windows Platform, Microsoft 365, Exchange Messaging, Storage, Backup, Virtualization, VDI, and Enterprise Mobility.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments will be an advantage.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure and mission-critical production environments is highly desirable.
• Manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, virtual machines, servers, storage platforms, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer and optimize VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, SAN, NAS, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration platforms.
• Lead Exchange Online migration projects, hybrid Exchange deployments, platform upgrades, and legacy system decommissioning activities.
• Design, implement, and support secure remote access, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and enterprise mobility solutions.
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, patch management, capacity planning, and service reliability across infrastructure platforms.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, system migration, and platform transformation projects.
• Manage change, incident, problem, and release management processes in accordance with organizational standards.
• Develop disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, replication plans, and business continuity measures.
• Monitor platform performance, security posture, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with network, security, application, and business teams to deliver integrated infrastructure services.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and platform lifecycle activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, systems, storage, or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure administration.
• Solid expertise in VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, virtualization technologies, and virtual machine management.
• Proven experience managing SAN, NAS, enterprise storage, backup, replication, and disaster recovery environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, and security controls.
• Experience supporting or managing VDI platforms such as VMware Horizon, Citrix, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management and Enterprise Mobility solutions such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management within enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and vendor management skills.
• Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, PMP, EMC, NetApp, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
