Nature: Secondment Contract (1 year)
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for staff hiring, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
• Prepare, process, and maintain updated documentation for contractor assignments and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and internal IT teams to ensure timely contract updates and renewals.
• Manage interview schedules, book meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of IT assets, contracts, and department administrative files.
• Assist IT teams with general documentation, filing, reporting, and tracking project workflows.
• Analyze timesheet data submitted by IT teams to support workload analysis and overall data accuracy.
• Follow up with IT teams to resolve incomplete or incorrect timesheet submissions.
• Keep the department staff list and all corresponding team information accurate and up to date.
• Deliver day-to-day administrative support for PMO tasks and coordinate with facilities teams for room bookings.
• Possession of a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in IT operations or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in ERP or ITSM systems considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proven ability to be responsible, proactive, and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
