Job Description

• Re-engage and maintain consistent communication with former clients to rebuild business relationships.
• Follow up and connect with new leads and contacts identified through business development activities.
• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, including purchase order processing and tracking.
• Maintain close communication with suppliers to obtain price quotations and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, material costs, pricing, inventory, and delivery status.
• Provide dedicated B2B account servicing and comprehensive administrative support to the outside sales team.
• Monitor sales forecasts and inventory levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist the sales team with daily activities, handle customer inquiries, and prepare official quotations.

Job Requirements

• Possess a diploma or higher qualification in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate prior experience or strong comfort with outbound calling and client relationship management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of information technology products, which is considered a strong advantage.
• Maintain a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Exhibit a responsible, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively and independently.
• Candidates who are immediately available are highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome and will be fully considered for this opportunity.
