• Generate and pursue new sales leads aggressively across all business sectors to meet or exceed the assigned annual sales quota.
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle, including cold-calling, prospect qualification, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation.
• Address information technology requirements related to network infrastructure, cloud, security, and advanced technical solutions for potential corporate and international clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to prospects and clients to build sustainable, long-term business opportunities and relationships.
• Direct all internal post-sales processes, including paperwork submission, service turn-up coordination, and resolving billing or collection issues across departments.
• Engage and negotiate effectively with customer stakeholders at the senior management or director levels.
• Lead cross-functional virtual teams to design innovative technical solutions and create strong value propositions for clients.
• Develop annual strategic sales action plans and accurate business forecasts as required by management to determine product and service demand.
• Create and deliver professional formal customer presentations, proposals, and legal contract frameworks.
• Support regional customers in global offices and manage client portfolios that require business travel to China and the Greater Bay Area.
• Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
• Possess at least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within a multinational telecommunications firm or managed ICT/security service provider.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a sales hunter with a track record of driving new business revenue in the same industry.
• Maintain deep knowledge of telecommunication networks, including voice, data, Wide Area Networks, data centers, and network infrastructure technologies.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of ICT technologies and services, including cloud, security, unified communications, video conferencing, IT security, and network optimization.
• Display a strong understanding of the managed services competitive landscape and market trends.
• Demonstrate a self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and creative mindset with excellent leadership qualities to adopt new solutions and technologies.
• Show proficiency in communication via digital and social media channels alongside high skills in Office 365.
• Communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with excellent professional writing and word processing skills in both English and Chinese.
