• Proactively call and follow up with assigned and new prospects to schedule quality client meetings for the cloud solution and workplace technology teams.
• Conduct initial client-facing meetings to build rapport, understand client needs, and capture high-level job or project requirements in a structured manner.
• Convert a broad client list into strong meeting pipelines, aiming to secure a high percentage of confirmed meetings from each batch of potential customers.
• Qualify IT and non-IT roles or solution needs and identify the most suitable internal consultant or technical specialist to join subsequent client meetings.
• Coordinate closely with internal cloud, workplace technology, and consulting teams to plan next steps, such as technical discussions, product demos, or solution workshops.
• Support sales activities for cloud and workplace solutions related to smart offices, collaboration systems, and space management, enhancing client engagement and understanding.
• Maintain professional, confident, and service-oriented communication across phone, email, online meetings, and in-person appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Track, update, and manage meeting activities, follow-ups, and opportunity status in an organized way to support the team’s sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• Participate in client events, briefings, or presentations to help showcase successful cases and support closing opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver concise sales pitches or short presentations, including potential on-the-spot 10-minute presentations on cloud or workplace technology offerings.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome, preferably with a strong interest in cloud, IT, or workplace technology solutions.
• Highly aggressive, result-oriented, energetic, and coachable, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer engagement.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, good judgment, and willingness to learn when assessing potential clients, opportunities, and prioritization of follow-ups.
• Able to clearly articulate and present cloud and workplace services in a structured and confident manner, including handling a short impromptu presentation task.
• Proven extracurricular activities, leadership experience, or team-based involvement (for example, sports captain, volunteer leader, or society committee) that demonstrate an outgoing and proactive personality.
• Strong interest in technology, digital solutions, and modern workplace concepts, with motivation to develop a long-term career in solution sales.
• Professional, well-organized, and detail-minded, with the ability to manage multiple prospects, meetings, and follow-ups at the same time.
• Positive mindset and resilience in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving meeting, pipeline, and revenue goals for the team.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with confident presentation and interpersonal skills.
