• Provide comprehensive end-to-end procurement and purchasing support for IT and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage the full lifecycle of purchasing orders, including request handling, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, procurement requests, and administrative paperwork.
• Prepare and process essential delivery documents such as delivery notes to ensure records remain complete and precise.
• Facilitate quotation handling by requesting vendor quotes, performing basic price comparisons, and coordinating internal approvals.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to clarify technical specifications, project timelines, and procurement priorities.
• Offer general administrative support to the team, including meeting scheduling and cross-departmental coordination.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and reporting as required by the procurement and project management teams.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations support.
• Prior experience within the IT, audiovisual, workplace technology, or systems integration industries is highly preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency in preparing procurement documents, including purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Familiarity with quotation formats and the ability to navigate internal pricing approval workflows.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT and audiovisual products and their related specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and stable professional background with a detail-oriented approach to documentation management.
